Metro King is a 66-storey mixed-use tower proposed by Anthem Properties for the former Cactus Club Cafe location on Kingsway. It is to consist of 372 condominiums, 200 market rental apartments, and 73 non-market rental apartments set above a 9-storey commercial podium.
