The development’s residential towers will offer a combination of 155 studios & 1-bedroom and 186 2- & 3-bedroom strata homes. Of these, 27 will be finished to basic universal housing unit standards.



All amenity spaces will be located on the podium rooftop level. One 5,000-sq-ft indoor amenity will be shared between condominium owners and rental apartment tenants. Two other indoor spaces will be for the exclusive use of apartment tenants and condo owners, respectively. The latter will include a gym, party room, kitchen, and boardroom. Each of the indoor amenities will have direct access to the outdoor rooftop amenity that will act like a community park which includes a children’s play area and garden plots.

Parking and Storage

Off-street parking will be located in a parkade with space for 776 bicycle stalls and 632 vehicle parking stalls, of which 307 are market residential, 8 residential visitor, 255 commercial, and 2 car share. Outdoor racks located around Minoru Square’s perimeter will accommodate short-term parking for 155 bicycles.
